Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns
Refunds/exchange are valid for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued to faulty, damaged goods or items that don't match the description as listed, not for change of mind.
All items are checked before dispatch.
Refunds, less shipping cost, will be processed once goods are returned. Postage and handling costs wont be refunded.
If FREE SHIPPING option is used, and you wish to return an item or items, then the actual shipping cost will be deducted for your refund.
Tshirts can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days, as long as they are returned in new, unworn and unwashed condition. Delivery costs both ways are the responsibility of the buyer for the exchange. Please contact us re exchange before sending back. Please check Sizing Chart carefully before ordering.
Please include a self addressed pre-paid Post satchel for item of exchange to be sent to you.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES:
For International exchanges, shipping costs are to be paid before sending the exchanged item to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
